1. Consultation & Proposal:     $195

We will meet with you to discuss how to effectively market your home. This includes a detailed walk-through of your house, which also includes exterior grounds. The time for this part of the process is approximately 1 ½ hours – 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of your home. Where necessary, paint colors are suggested in the event that painting is recommended. The home is reviewed in great detail, including insides of closets, cabinets, drawers, etc.

Following the walk-through, a detailed written report, approximately 5-7 pages, is returned to the real estate agent and/or homeowner within 48-72 hours. This report can be used as a checklist to efficiently prepare and “Stage” the home for sale. Where necessary, suggestions are made for removing or enhancing furniture and accessories.

2. Full Home Staging

This is in addition to the service listed above. This will totally prepare your home for sale. We will work with existing furniture, artwork, and accents to create a “neutral” interior which will attract that perfect buyer. This may involve moving, or removing, furniture and other personal possessions. Some situations involve the purchase of several accents, ie. towels, pillows, etc. Depending on the amount of redesign involved, more than one person may be necessary to complete this task.

A quote will be provided on how much time may be required:

• 1 person @ 60 per hour
• 2 persons @ 90 per hour  

3. “NO-FRILLS” Staging Consultation:     $99

Same as #1, without written report. This includes a verbal walk-through of house and exterior surroundings. Paint color suggestions not included.

NOTE: Fees apply within a 25 mile radius of Gales Ferry, CT. Outside of radius, fees will be quoted.
